Shipping policy
It's important to start to clarify that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders can take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive due to the nature of everything being made to order. Some orders may be received sooner or later due to any shipping issues out of our control or any issues in the supply chain due to possible covid restrictions. You are always welcome to reach out to info@stubbornbullcustoms.com for any info regarding your order.
Please be advise once order is shipped it is out of our control and you may experience some potential delays due to postal service problems or other shippers used that are out of our control, as well but not limited to inclimate weather such as storms, power outages, etc.. Also possible delays to shipping because of high volume orders. Always feel free to contact us at info@stubbornbullcustoms.com with any questions as well try to be as transparent as possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Standard First Class ( USPS or lesser service cost ) $5.50
Flat Rate Priority ( USPS or lesser service cost ) $7.99
Free Shipping ( USPS or lesser service cost ) Total amount purchase $150.00 and up
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Local delivery ( Drop- off ) isn’t available at this time.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship to outside of the US.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@stubbornbullcustoms.com with your name and order number, and any other details to help expedite your concern and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes therefore you must have a physical permanent address for now.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@stubbornbullcustoms.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
